The custard is creamy and so yummy! Lots of toppings to pick.
Extremely disappointing experience. The management at this place is a complete mess, and it is obvious that there is very little organization or communication. The way things are handled comes across as unprofessional and poorly managed, and it makes the entire experience frustrating. A business cannot run successfully when management fails to communicate, support its employees, or properly address problems. We absolutely love this frozen custard!!! We got Whitt's the first time in Boca Raton FL. And wow were we happy to find Whitt's at two locations in Asheville. Abi who helped us today was so sweet and helpful!! Go to Whitt's it's the BEST!
