Great custard but store was 83 degrees inside and custard was halfway melted. Ate outside where it was 76 degrees with a light breeze.
Ordered a quart of the chocolate cookies & crème and fluffed nutter for a party. Maybe it’s different if you order a single serve in person, but there were essentially no cookies for the cookies & crème and no marshmallow taste for the fluffier nutter. Way too expensive if that is the usual quality for the cost.
The frozen custard is absolutely delicious.. creamy and yummy.. i recommend you get a small as it can be very filling. The location we went to wasn't very well presented. The place looked run down and a bit untidy.. hope they do something about cleaning it up some.
Whit's Frozen Custard is the perfect treat to combat the summer heat. Whether you want a cone, cup, milkshake, ice cream sundae, root beer float, or one of their cookie and ice cream sandwiches- they've got you covered to be sure. What I really love about Whit's is that (unlike Fro Yo and a lot of typical Ice Cream shops) they make their custard everyday fresh in house, and you can even pick up a pint or two to take home with you.
