Brought my children here for ice cream and as soon as we entered into the shop, everyone just stared, no greeting.Very rude didn't ask how may I help you or can I take your order? Because the vibe felt so negative. We left , I took my kids somewhere else. I would never trust people that come off rude to make my food.

This is the second time in the past month that I’ve been to a Whit’s and the employees wouldn’t serve what I ordered because they didn’t want to clean the machine that mixes the custard. A few weeks ago in the Davidson location I ordered custard with toppings mixed in and she put it on top. When I explained I wanted it mixed she proceeded to grab a spoon and stir it with her hand, which I could’ve done myself. I took my grandkids for ice cream the other day. It wasn't our first time here. The server who was working this day was Abby. After taking our order she decided to take another order before preparing ours. Once she started preparing ours I let her know that she made one order incorrectly. She appeared to get upset and started showing signs that she was upset with the correction.
