Run AWAY!!! Whitney is just buttering you up to screw you! He talks a fast nice game but then he starts charging more and more. I brought some tires in that I wanted put on my van. Over the phone I was quoted $50. When I arrived he said it would be $75. We negotiated and we said we will split at $62.50. I paid and they did the work. 30 minutes later, as the guys had done their work, he said, "Ok, it is going to be an extra $4 per tire for disposal." At every corner he is looking to get your money.
