I received the news my breast biopsey was malignant on My Chart. I immediately called the office and the receptionist understood right away I needed to talk to someone, She got Dr Young ( who was with a patient ) on the phone. Dr Young was wonderful she took a few minutes to explain everything and had an appointment set up to see her the next day so she could go over all the options.
