I LOVE DR WEST AND HER TEAM. Truth moment, im not one that goes to the doctor as I should. Mostly bc they just dont seem to care. Dr West has been my OBGYN for 23 years and the only doctor I have been faithful too lol. She delivered my child. Since day one she has been transparent, never judgmental, honest. And what I LOVE that some wont is her START TO THE POINT! I will never understand those people that want to be coddled when it comes to health. Let me start off by saying dr west is truly genuine she listens and doesn't rush she also gives her input/advice like any new dr should she has been getting me almost every test I need so far too rule out adenomyosis endometriosis or any other problem then gets you on a true game plan she is straight forward and serious and im sorry if some people have their reviews but I rather someone straight up than lie too me and the receptionist/office very nice definitely recommend ♥ clean facility too very cute clean comfortable.

Very disappointing and invalidating experience 1. Check-in & wait time * I arrived at 1:55 p.m. for a 2:15 p.m. appointment and had already completed my paperwork, insurance information, and identification online. I was still asked to complete everything again until the front desk eventually located it in my chart. * After having my vitals taken, I waited approximately 45 minutes before the doctor came in. 2. God used this doctor to change my life! I left with a prescription to get more sleep, slow down, and to eat better. I am still working on the sleep, but I did slow down and I started eating better. I thought I was eating well because I don't eat beef or pork, and I am serious about my low fat diet. However, I ended up losing 6 pounds, which was so difficult to do prior to following her advice.
