I love working with Whitney sleep diagnostics and consultants. I always get a phone call before they send my eligible CPAP supplies to make sure I want them, and Dr. Whitney along with his crew have always been wonderful to me. Highly recommend!
Overall a great experience. The sleep part of the study they visited my rural area and was just 15 mins away. the online Dr meets have been just fine with the nurse calling me before and after the meeting with the dr. i had my CPAP machine in 3 days with a call from the nurse a few days later asking if i had any questions about setting up the CPAP machine. I highly recommend Whitney for your sleeping needs and issues.
If you are interested in getting diagnosed for sleep Apnea and want to screw around for 6 months while your insurance company gets soaked for thousands of dollars, these guys are the way to go.
My husband has been waiting for his machine for months. He was told they don't have any due to the pandemic yet we see others walking out with new machines daily. What is going on???
I normally do not post reviews, but I felt like this was needed as I don't think the other reviews give this place a fair shake. I went to the Manitowoc Wisconsin location. Both doctor Whitney and the consulting nurse Angie have been awesome to work with. So far I have had answers to all of my questions both the pros and cons of being on a machine and or medication. As of yet I have not had any billing issues.
