I would avoid these guys at all costs. I decided the cpap wasn't for me and was told to bring the machine in and all payments would stop. After handing it in I receive a bill for another $700. The office that informed me I was done getting charged wouldn't call me, but some guy in billing did and understand how frustrating it is to get a bill unexpectedly! AVOID THIS PLACE!
What I found at Whitney Sleep Center was a doctor who truly cares for his patients. I found quality care from caring team who answered all my questions. Sleep disorders are way more common than I initially thought but learned how important sleep is to your overall wellbeing. I highly recommend Dr Whitney
My experience with Whitney Sleep center has always been excellent. Initially, the sleep study itself was conducted in a quiet hotel- like room that was comfortable. When it was determined that I have sleep apnea, the Dr and staff worked with me personally to get set up with appropriate supplies to begin adjustment to my CPAP machine. After seeing such an improvement in my overall sleep, I was so pleased!!! They lied about a free 20 minute consultation and charged me $300. I was with the doctor for 15 minutes and all he did was recommend a $2,000 sleep study. When I called to clear up the issue, receptionist said "too bad, pay your bill." Terrible customer service.
