Dr Slade is the most attentive doctdoctor I have ever had. He treats me with a great dea lof respect and a honest assessment, whether I want to hear it or not. I highly recommend him.

I.love this place. I love the Dr and the NP. The ladies in the front to the back of office are great. The best customer service ever. The MA are great . Technician lab the whole office. I just love them.
