I also would give this place zero stars. It seems to ride mostly on the past fame of its founder and owner Eric Heiden, the former Olympic speed skater and competitive bicyclist. But in person, at the Salt Lake City Office, I have been treated impossibly rudely and their Dr. Mangiapani has entered false information in my chart seemingly maliciously.
