I have been a resident at Whitney Place assisted-living for two weeks and I have found it to be a wonderful environment for me and my needs. All staff members are empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They are here to do all they can to make you comfortable and to be sure that you’re happy in your surroundings. I cannot stress enough that Whitney Place makes sure that you are cared for, in a healthy environment and most of all safe. Whitney Place is a wonderful community that truly cares for their residents and their families. The facility is very clean. The daily activities are geared toward each resident. The staff, nurses, and PCAs are absolutely wonderful. They care about the people who are living there and provide support to the families. They’re always available and willing to talk to family members. I couldn’t recommend Whitney Place more!
The staff from the Director down to the floor Aides are totally resident focused and very attentive to needs and requests from family members. It can be a stressful time for all involved but Whitney Suites staff are involved every step of the way and make the process easier.
This facility is amazing, clean,lovely, spacious I couldn't believe how nice it was!
Mom and I went to Mass together this morning. That was a nice treat. Thank you for organizing that.
