rented here in 2021, the manager is the worst one ive ever had. Any time you request maintenance for medical reasons she just refuses to even acknowledge you requested them. Mice and squirrels got into the air vents. The neighbors have the cops there all the time. Neighbors break the terms of the lease and if you report them you get kicked out. It is sad because if they don't like you they call around to other apartments so they also won't rent to you. Then u end up homeless I haven't been a perfect tenant. But the woman at this apartment will not call l or return calls.She is not a good manager because she should have told by calling me and saying no. So I wasted my time.
