Is very unresponsive. We were the first applicants of a new listing and after multiple calls and texts asking for followup, we moved on to accept a lease with another agency. I would not recommend working with Julie unless you have alternative options to fall back on, otherwise you will be waiting a long time for a chance at receiving no response.

Had a strange experience with Julie at Whitney Oaks Realty. She barely responded to calls, was uncooperative, and ignored our request to meet on a different day. Then out of nowhere, she said the house was already rented. Very unprofessional.

Inquired about a home listing. She emailed me back a while later (2 weeks) when we already selected a house to live in. She later emailed about another listing and invited me to see it. I ignored it because I thought she would stop. But oh no. I finally sent an email to hopefully stop the emails, "Thanks for the email. We have already chosen a house. Thank you."
