Whitney Oaks is an over priced HOA. They charge monthly fees and the transfer fees of ($250) is even worse. They then use an outside agent that charges $420 for documents that should be readily available. It is only worse if you also live in Springfield as it doubles all fees as you have to pay both associations. To transfer a house through escrow it is $1350 which is more than title itself. I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Mikki Cooper. I meant to comment on this page, but I accidentally commented on the Folsom page. Mikkie has been nothing but amazing over the past 3ish years. We have done a lot of renovations to our home, which required a lot of paper work to complete. Mikki was very helpful in conveying what needed to be completed and the turn around times for approvals. This Whitney Oaks Association HOA is an embarrassing place and association to live. Parking security Holly whatever her name is short lady (square shaped) with glasses is out of her mind. Having a guest, park at the parking spots in the parking lots that they are ENTITLED to, and towing after midnight for his first warning (not being parked there for more then 2 weeks) with a different vehicle which she said claimed to have the same license plate (again false claim).
