I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received at this office. I was given the runaround over the smallest issues, and it took almost a month for the office manager Ashley to return my call. When she finally did, she was dismissive, nonchalant, and defensive instead of addressing my concerns. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office.
Whitney was professional, intelligent, and listened carefully to my needs. She made me feel comfortable sharing details about my health. There was no problem filling my requests and my prescription was sent in immediately. I definitely recommend her.
BEWARE!!! This provider overcharges ( split billing is what they call it) for visits If she ask you how are you and you respond with a real answer then she double charges you. Got a refill on Flonase and was double charged! On a physical visit. Manager is not helpful and repeats everything over and over again until you actually believe the non sense. I see why the girls at the front desk left and my original doctor. Poor service and won’t be back! BEWARE!!
