Absolutely the worst experience. Failed to renew my insurance two years in a row, resulting in hefty fees from my mortgage company. When I tried to make sure my insurance was renewed on time this year, they told me I WASNT A PRIORITY and that they would get it taken care of on time. They ignored calls and emails and it was nearly a month after my policy expired before she reached out and didn't even bother to apologize.
