Caring and compassionate staff. They provided great service and, although my visit did not have a happy ending, they went above and beyond to help and I greatly appreciate them.
My first visit to Bullard Animal Hospital with my 13 year old Shihtzu Yorkie and it was a better than hoped for experience. Antoine and Dr Stuart were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They handled my dog with care and even pulled bot fly larvae from my dogs skin! Talk about disgusting, ICK! I had no idea a fly could lay an egg in the skin of a dog. Been using Bullard for years. Very professional and caring. Highly recommend this facility.
They were all helpful, got me and His Majesty in quickly even tho I was early getting Crown Prince Tommy to His appointment. I will definitely be making an appointment for Prime Minister Felix to go for his needs soon
