Have sewage backing up into the basement, and it’s taken four days for them to set up a time to come out. But then they canceled at the last minute “because the roads are bad”. The roads are completely dry. Took work off to have them come out and now for the new day they won’t give me less than a 6 hour window. Customer service is terrible. They pulled the same nonsense last time this happened. Stuck with these people because of a home warranty. If this isn’t your situation run in the opposite direction.
They installed a water heater under a home warranty for us, a year later the water heater is leaking and in order to file a warranty claim we need the receipt for the water heater Whitney installed, yet Whitney wants to give us the run around on it while the water heater is currently leaking. I wouldn't recommend using them for any home services this is the second issue we've had with them. First issue was a tech installing the wrong vent fan and leaking 2in gaps in the ceiling.

IS THE WORK GOING TO BE DONE CORRECTLY? I was scheduled to get a furnace install today and no one showed up or called. They gave a window of arrival between 8am-4pm. I called at 11:30am to see what the schedule was like as I thought I could do errands. They told me I was third in line today. I called them again as it was 4pm, and no one was here or called.
