Terrible company. Quoted us $650 to replace a spigot (a 30 min job). When we said no, they tried to charge us $230 just for the quote (with no prior communication about this fee) and tried to forge my husband's signature to force us to pay. STAY AWAY!
Have sewage backing up into the basement, and it’s taken four days for them to set up a time to come out. But then they canceled at the last minute “because the roads are bad”. The roads are completely dry. Took work off to have them come out and now for the new day they won’t give me less than a 6 hour window. Customer service is terrible. They pulled the same nonsense last time this happened. Stuck with these people because of a home warranty. If this isn’t your situation run in the opposite direction.
They installed a water heater under a home warranty for us, a year later the water heater is leaking and in order to file a warranty claim we need the receipt for the water heater Whitney installed, yet Whitney wants to give us the run around on it while the water heater is currently leaking. I wouldn't recommend using them for any home services this is the second issue we've had with them. First issue was a tech installing the wrong vent fan and leaking 2in gaps in the ceiling.
