We’re long-time State Farm clients whose agent just retired. We were transferred to Whitney Owen’s agency and were stewarded by her customer relations rep Paul Timmer. I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency. In November I was charged 3 times the same month I had already paid, I noticed an additional $47 charge in the app. I paid it, then realized it was a duplicate payment and contacted the agency for a refund. I spoke with Morgan and later with the owner, Whitney Owens. They refused to issue a refund, claiming the money was owed to a prior insurance agency.
