i do not recommend these apartments to anyone. they claim to be family friendly and children were not allowed to ride their bikes, scooters, skateboards or anything else with wheels. they took almost 400 dollars off of our security deposit because of carpet cleaning which seems excessive!!! i believe normal wear and tear on carpets should not be a means to take away almost 400 dollars from our security deposit. they were not welcoming and not very friendly either!! i would not recommend this place to anyone. the place was ch... read more

You’re basically paying a lot for a cheap apartment.

I have many ongoing issues that have not been resolved for months now.

Hello Ande, We take all calls and complaints seriously and are always willing to work to move towards an improvement to the community. We will continue to send reminders about safety in the community. This problem can also usually be resolved with a friendly non-emergency call to the police department.
