I had a very bad experience. After they made the diagnosis, they told me the company is in the process of merging and that I’d have to wait two or more weeks for the repair. In other words, they weren’t going to do the repair at all. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for the diagnosis for nothing. The lady even suggested I could take the report elsewhere but as everyone knows, service centers always want to run their own diagnostics. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ever since new ownership took over this place has gone to crap. I took my vehicle there for service. They took it apart, and left it worse than when I dropped it off and couldn’t even tell me what the problem was. They then proceeded to tell me they would give me a call when whatever they GUESSED was wrong with the vehicle (ICU) would be coming in didn’t even get a call. I decided to call and they told me the part was on back order. Just an overall lack of care and terrible customer service.

Stephanie in service was efficient, friendly, and stayed on top of everything during the claim. Communication was clear and timely, and all the necessary info was handled without delay. The process went smoothly from start to finish and the help was much appreciated.

I will never go back to these scammers again. They told me I need an oil change but I did it myself the night before, they just want more money. They did charge me $91.33 for my tires to be rotated and 1 screw to be replaced that was stripped. Don’t trust this clown show. You will regret going here. I can tell these people are trying to scam good people. Cheat, lie, scam to line their pockets with money. Kinley Chevrolet in Mt. Joy, Pa
