Horrible service experience. I told the service writer my specific concern to get my 2025 2500 fixed. Nothing of what I told her was on the RO. I don’t understand how the tech can fix an issue if he doesn’t have all the information that the customer told the service writer. I got my truck back and it’s doing the same thing. Worst place to get oil change , it takes 3 hours to do the job
The AC on my CRV was working intermittently and Kinley Chevrolet was the only shop that could get me an appointment right away so I was optimistic. However, they obviously misdiagnosed the problem and $1200 later we sat in my car for 15 minutes and all it did was blow hot air after they said they fixed it! After we told them it still wasn't working, they re-diagnosed it and said it needed another part that would cost an additional $750!
