Absolutely awful customer service. When I asked about their bayberry they rudely shrugged and responded "what about it?" I asked please tell me about it. He repeated in an even ruder tone, "what about it?" I specified "availability, sizes, pricing..." They dismissively told me everything is on the website. I saw that they have no courtesy or hospitality. I thanked them and left. I strongly recommend avoiding them. Plenty of other more helpful friendly options in the area.
