I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The install resulted in clear-coat scratches directly above the receiver. When brought to the technician's attention he stated it was damaged prior to bringing the vehicle in and that it was a "crease" from an impact. So even though the "crease" was already there the tech did not record it or take any pictures of the so called preexisiting damage. The tech said the other scratch "could of been them". When I bought my car from wollam they set me up to get wheels from whitmores. The wrong ones come in so supposedly they ordered the right ones. I waited 3 months no updates or phone calls from whitmores. A professional business would update you still waiting been a year now. NO UPDATES AT ALL .I JUST CALLED THEM ITS BEEN A YEAR ASKED CHARLES IF HES HEARD ANYTHING ON THE WHEELS AND IF THEY ARE MAKING THEM.
