The customer service I received was outstanding, everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. The prices were very competitive, offering great value for the quality of service provided. A special mention goes to John, whose aftercare support was excellent. He took the time to address all my questions and ensured that I felt comfortable with my purchase. Delivery was prompt and quick also. 10/10
we purchased 2 boilers from them last year. However when we spoke to one gentleman over the phone nothing was mentioned about delivery charge when they delivered the boiler they left us a invoice with the delivery charge over £200 pounds. when i rang them back they promised to get it sorted on our next purchase. but that wasnt the case the guy who answered was completely unaware of it and said nothing could be done. rude customer service not happy at all :(
