Had everything I needed!
I have always enjoyed the great, friendly service at Ace but today they went above and beyond! I dropped an item I had paid for as I was leaving. They weren't able to catch me as I was leaving. Being a local and regular of course they knew my name. One of their employees, Steve, called me and offered to drop the item off at my house after his shift was over! That's what I call great service. That certainly wouldn't happen at a big box hardware store. Thanks Whitmore Ace for being in our community!
I was greeted at the entrance with a friendly hello/welcome. 🥰 Received knowledgeable and helpful assistance from salesperson. Cashier was friendly and kind. Walked out once again knowing exactly why I shop at Manteno Ace Hardware.
