Amazing experience selecting dining tables & chairs, bedroom furniture, sectionals, club chairs, coffee table, sofa table, entertainment stands. Provided the customized pieces we wanted. One stop shopping and furniture quality is the finest. Everything is absolutely beautiful in our new home. Exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Quality furniture, made in the US! Staff is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. No high pressure salesmen.
The Color of Ordered Recliners was WRONG! We bought a couple of Best recliners from Whitmire's. They delivered the wrong color of recliners. We ordered BLUE. They gave us GREEN chairs. The Whitmire salesperson put the wrong code on the order. Now, Whitmire won't give us the right color recliners without a $150 restocking fee. Plus, we would have to pay $80 for delivery (or more). This is not the customer service we would expect from Whitmire's. Disappointing!
