I would give 2.5 ⭐️ if I could. On most days I consider this a 5 ⭐️ office. The following is a problem that is causing siginificant consequences for me. I am a current patient in this practice. I do realize after this review I could be dismissed. I do hope that is not what happens. I feel like I am between a rock and a hard place and no one in this office is listening or cares. To sum it up, this is what all Doctor’s Offices should be. Professional, efficient, friendly and Dr. Whitmer is confident and to the point. Highly recommend.
Dr Whitmer and his entire team are WONDERFUL! Today was my first visit. I was met with welcoming smiles starting at the front desk, kindness and compassion from every person in this office. I’ve worked in the medical field for 35 years, now retired. I am new to this area and was apprehensive on finding a new orthopedic. I have to admit Dr Whitmer and staff are the best I’ve ever encountered! Keep up the excellent work!
Cannot say enough good things about Dr Whitmer, his wife and every member of his staff. I met him in the ER and was immediately impressed. He tells me like it is, blunt and to the point but in a very kind way. He is kind, funny, very caring and treats me like I’m important to him. His staff greets me like I’m invited into their home, offering coffee or something to drink every time I go in. They each truly care about my well being. I feel important and that’s comforting.
