⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Wade W. Whitmer and his entire team. After an ER visit where we were told our 14-year-old son may have a fracture and would need several weeks of bed rest, Dr. Whitmer carefully reviewed the X-rays himself, performed a thorough examination, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He determined that our son had a rectus femoris strain rather than a fracture, and his explanation immediately put our minds at ease. Great doctor and great staff. Dr. Whitmer listens to your concerns and gives you options on treatment. Cynthia is the best at the front desk and Scott is the best nurse.
I would give 2.5 ⭐️ if I could. On most days I consider this a 5 ⭐️ office. The following is a problem that is causing siginificant consequences for me. I am a current patient in this practice. I do realize after this review I could be dismissed. I do hope that is not what happens. I feel like I am between a rock and a hard place and no one in this office is listening or cares.
