Whitmer Decks just completed building my beautiful new TimberTech deck. What a great company to work with! My initial meeting was with Cliff Whitmer. I told him my ideas and he and his great team of workers did exactly what I wanted. The customer service was outstanding, always responding to calls and emails immediately. Whitmer installed our custom deck in July 2024. The design is atypical but Damianny and Dani worked patiently with us to make it a reality. Mike, Wade, and Brian did a great job on installation, and were personable to boot. They were keen to ask and answer questions, and despite the extreme heat, they worked diligently, without cutting corners.
Whitmer Decks met and then far surpassed all my expectations, hopes, and dreams for our porch and deck project. We selected Whitmer Decks to replace our 36-year-old existing deck. We made the right choice. Whitmer was professional from the first meeting to the final inspection. The pre-construction process was thorough and complete. They answered all our questions, advised us on options, and were completely open and transparent with respect to pricing.
