Great communication, service, and professionalism. They did a very nice job on my screen install.
I am the property owner at whose residence the work is being done that is discussed in the negative review posted a day ago. That review presents an inaccurate and distorted picture; in fact I have been very happy with Whitmer Decks and have found the company and its workers to be responsive and responsible. It’s important to note that the deck construction is only about halfway complete, and that the company has agreed to mitigate any “damage” to common areas caused by the work once it is finished. This contractor worked on a deck in a townhouse complex. Work is quality but they tore up the HOA grounds leaving ruts, trampling plants, and destroying lawn restorations efforts. There was no respect for the community property causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Whitmer Decks just completed building my beautiful new TimberTech deck. What a great company to work with! My initial meeting was with Cliff Whitmer. I told him my ideas and he and his great team of workers did exactly what I wanted. The customer service was outstanding, always responding to calls and emails immediately. Whitmer installed our custom deck in July 2024. The design is atypical but Damianny and Dani worked patiently with us to make it a reality. Mike, Wade, and Brian did a great job on installation, and were personable to boot. They were keen to ask and answer questions, and despite the extreme heat, they worked diligently, without cutting corners.
