I had the absolute worst experience with Scott. He billed me multiple times with zero accounting of his hours, and in the end his report was written at a 8th grade spelling and grammar level, and he tried to then force me to pay for him to correct his own errors, including factual errors, in his report. When I did my ground he then changed my report to say that I had anger issues, manipulated him and needed pstd therapy.
