Truly a superior service. Hidden leak had us filling our pool weekly, sometimes twice a week. Whitman's came out and was able to detect and locate the leak with no problem. I was ready to blow up the pool after receiving a quote from the company who installed the pool (without investigating themselves). Whitman's was able to provide a workaround until complete repair could be done. Their price came in way under what the pool company quoted. They kept their schedule and was able to repair quickly.
Our experience working with Whitman's was very positive. They were prompt and responsive, and worked diligently to find our leak. They went above and beyond to help make sure our pool was up and running again after several days of harsh winter temps. Our leak was complicated and took more than one trip out to locate, but they found it and repaired it quickly. The fee they charged was very reasonable for the work they put in. Highly recommend!
They came out in a timely fashion, in February, they were nice, helpful, punctual, well equipped, and they found my leak.
This company was very prompt and flexible with their schedule. It's the holidays and I came home to missing a foot of water in my pool. Needless to say I was alarmed. I was referred to this company by my neighbor who had a similar issue last year: they did not disappoint. **UPDATED per owner’s request** Beware of Surprise Fees and Unprofessional Behavior – A Disappointing Experience ________________________________ I was not planning to leave this review until the owner of Whitman's Leak Detection company called me on a Sunday (12/29), raised his voice, and scolded me for questioning an unexpected $189 fee added to the original $449 leak detection service (after the bill was already paid in full, mind you).
