I cannot thank Christopher and Seth enough for the time they put into finding the leak in my pool. It says a lot about a company when they stand behind their work to make sure the job is done right, and they did! They explained what they were doing, and answered any questions I had as well. Whitman’s was recommended to me by my pool maintenance company. They were responsive, professional and quickly found the leak. They made the repair with minimal impact on the pool deck. I also hired them to replace some worn out ball valve adjusters. Extremely happy with everything!!
Terrible and untrustworthy. This company came out 5-7 times to test leaks in my pool. I knew something was off when they kept saying “we’ll find the leak soon”. I hired Hoffman pools as I was becoming tired of the run around. Hoffman found the leak in literally 5 minutes. I asked for my money back. I was told via text from the owner I would get my refund. Now they have blocked my number. Don’t waste your time and energy.
