We were losing about an inch and a half of water a day in our pool with no visible water leaks anywhere. Seth from Whitman’s leak detection came out and quickly found out leaking pipe (under concrete). Christian came out the next week and quickly got our leak repaired. We had a great experience!
Outstanding group of people!! We initially had a leak in our pool losing over 1.5 inches every day. Seth and Autumn came out and found the leak to be in our light housing. Christian followed up and completed the repairs in less time than we anticipated. After filling the pool back up we found that we still had a significant leak (1 inch per day) and asked if they could come back and recheck the light repairs. Wonderful to work with and very prompt. All staff were great and Christian did a fantastic repair job.
I just received a call that these guys will not fix my leak and are walking away from a job they started and possibly made worse. Back in April they came and detected a leak in a line from one of my skimmers. They repaired it several weeks later.
