I just received a call that these guys will not fix my leak and are walking away from a job they started and possibly made worse. Back in April they came and detected a leak in a line from one of my skimmers. They repaired it several weeks later. If things go well for them then you’ll think this is a great business but if you have any kind of questions, concerns etc about the work of this company you will be met with incredibly rude and unprofessional responses. They do not care about the customers, only wanting to make a quick BIG buck. To your response - I think you’ve gotten your customers mixed up due to the fact that your response doesn’t line up with my liner, if you get catch my drift. Truly a superior service. Hidden leak had us filling our pool weekly, sometimes twice a week. Whitman's came out and was able to detect and locate the leak with no problem. I was ready to blow up the pool after receiving a quote from the company who installed the pool (without investigating themselves). Whitman's was able to provide a workaround until complete repair could be done. Their price came in way under what the pool company quoted. They kept their schedule and was able to repair quickly.
Our experience working with Whitman's was very positive. They were prompt and responsive, and worked diligently to find our leak. They went above and beyond to help make sure our pool was up and running again after several days of harsh winter temps. Our leak was complicated and took more than one trip out to locate, but they found it and repaired it quickly. The fee they charged was very reasonable for the work they put in. Highly recommend!
They came out in a timely fashion, in February, they were nice, helpful, punctual, well equipped, and they found my leak.
