DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They prey on families in their time of need. We hired them to help get my sister somewhere when she was in a state of extreme psychosis. In the two days they were down they never once laid eyes on her and spent the whole time trying to convince us she needed to go to one of their recommend clinics (I suspect so they could get a kickback). Rich is a true master of his craft. He helped me get a family member into detox and rehab swiftly and what seemed on his part, effortlessly. He knows all the nuances and protocols of all the different recovery facilities out there, exactly who to call, and which one will be the best “fit” for each individual’s personal needs. He is incredibly wise and truly just an all around kind and caring soul. I’m so grateful for his services.
