They will prescribe pain meds to some patients but not some that really need them and had been prescribed them there for over twenty years. The ones they prescribe them to ,don't even need them because they sell them on the street!
That being said, the actual care was legitimately A+ and far, far better than I was expecting based off my experiences with hospitals in general. Emily, Derek and Nicole especially were all extraordinarily caring, professional and calming to where my nerves were more or less 0 despite me having my face cut open lol. With a handful of exceptions, emergency room has been awful. I passed a 6mm kidney stone at home, because of how I was treated with past visits for kidney stone issues. The emergency room does not feel safe, some nurses make snide remarks and you get kicked at times in weird ways. The clinic is great, but I go out to tekoa for primary care because one of the best providers they have is out there. I think they have 4 exceptional providers, that are compassionate. Trying to get my fiance's provider moved from Spokane to Colfax for his L&I claim. We were told that Jamie Van Tine recommended he stay with his current provider. If we were happy with the current provider we wouldn't have called to try to switch providers. How do you reject the treatment of someone who is suffering?
