What a joke. I would not recommend them. First of all they took my file kept it for 2 weeks and then said oh we're sorry we do not accept new client. Oh we don't know how to file your taxes you have worked overseas. After I grab my file on left I got a call oh there is a misunderstanding we do accept a new client. But we still don't know how to file overseas taxes. However we are going to charge you $600, per year and we need to refile last 3, years. Are you kidding me
I cannot recommend Whitman & Jackson CPAs based on our experience. We terminated their services due to repeated delays, lack of responsiveness, and incomplete work on our 2024 tax returns. Key questions were left unanswered, CPA review never occurred, and we were repeatedly asked to sign incomplete returns. Promises of guidance and timely support were not met, and the firm failed to deliver services in a professional or reliable manner.
This company provides exceptional tax services. The CPAs are extremely professional and knowledgeable about current tax laws and IRS regulations. Communication is clear, and the entire experience is seamless and very efficient. I highly recommend Whitman & Jackson CPAs to businesses and individuals seeking above-and-beyond tax services.
