I’ve been here a few times in the recent passed; while it is alway a tough experience the staff are great; I always feel like they do a great job for us, and take care of our departed.
The most blatant lack of respect and show of disrespect to a grieving family. Not only were we yelled at we were cussed at while trying to make arrangements for my sister-in-law. When asked why they could not show basic human decency to rinse the blood out of her hair for the family to see her Mike told us we did not pay for that.
