We haven’t even brought our loved one yet and the amount of peace we have is unreal. I have popped in several times unannounced at various times of the day. Residents are HAPPY, CLEAN, hair and makeup done, and no urine smell as we often see in similar type facilities. The staff truly cares for its residents and that has been evident thru the whole process. We are feeling so blessed today to bring our loved one here that I couldn’t even wait to leave this review. We moved my mother-in-law into the memory care facility at Whitley Place in early March, and we have been thrilled with the care she has received. The caregivers there are the best! They are so patient, sweet, and loving with every single resident. They really care about each person and show each one dignity and respect. And the caregiver turnover rate is very low, which not only indicates a positive work environment for the caregivers but also gives the residents the consistency in care that’s so important. My mom lived in their memory care for over 3 years. All of the staff was so sweet and attentive. They would share photos with us regularly of events that my mom took place in. They treated her like family which made her last 3 years that much more comforting. Thank you Whitley Place!
