Adam helped us to find a new family car after the birth of our new son. Adam was so helpful and friendly. We were able to organise a test drive easily and I was even able to try out our car seat on the test drive and make sure the pram fits in the boot. There was never any pressure to go ahead which I really appreciated. Adam responded quickly to any questions I had and was easy to get hold of. I will definitely go back when we need another car again and will reccommend to family and friends.
Adam could not be anymore helpful, and the whole process was faultless. a genuinely brilliant experience. I can only hope the aftercare if needed is as good as the experience so far. Update, Car wouldn't start this morning due to battery. Called Adam and they are ordering one in and sending someone to my address to fit it. Again absolutely amazing service couldn't recommend them enough.
I bought a 16 plate Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake from Whitley Bay Motors and when I got the car home, there were a few small issues. However, these were all sorted and paid for immediately, by Whitley Bay and I could not have asked for a better service. Paul and Steve were the sales guys and they could not have been more helpful and friendly. Also, I could not be more thrilled with my new car! If anyone asks, I won't hesitate to recommend Whitley Bay Motors.
Adam was first class. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I did encounter an issue with the car I'd purchased which was fixed and paid for by Whitley Bay Motors with no issues right away.
