Crew showed up on time, but didn’t know the details or have the equipment (crane) that was discussed with the person who quoted the job. After informing them what was discussed, they spent the next hour trying to setup and use the equipment they had. The job was completed without issues and cleanup afterwards was great. I wrote a check for the full amount and handed it to the foreman who had ask if I wanted to be invoiced or pay now. One week later, I received a text saying I had a past due invoice!
