Poor office management. Manager does not return calls as promised and has been caught in several lies by myself and other tenants (who are afraid to speak up). Does not return monies promptly as promised. Forced to get renters insurance before moving in so not able to get policy money back. Roaches bad, appliances very low quality, rent increases every year, etc. I could go on. Really research before deciding, wish I did.
Don’t waste your time cleaning upon move out. They will find any little reason to charge you the full clean out fee even if you’ve cleaned the place to the best of your ability.
We were there 3 years. In the beginning, it was great. Of course, at that point they were being investigated due to multiple allegations. In the last year, it has went downhill! FAST! This office staff is incompetent, rude, and lack genuine professionalism. They mischedule, misinform, and then offer no assistance even though their agents/office are in error.
