My experience here was extremely frustrating. On the first visit, everything seemed fine, but after that, it went downhill. Appointments were wasted because no doctor was available, and they kept sending me from one place to another without actually helping. The receptionist is rude, and the person who answers the phone is just as unprofessional. They do not respect patients’ time, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT RECOMMEND this office to anyone.
The staff was nice but the head guy wasn't.i was there with my family member and she was only there to get 1 partial.the dental doctor told her even though that's all she wanted..he still have to take an X-ray ..ok she did that then they put her in this room and said now we have to take 3 more X-ray to see every tooth one by one for treatment...at that point I knew he was searching for money..she ask him why do you need to look at all of my teeth when I'm only here for 1 partial.....he said that's what we have to do in order... read more
