You guys are the best the girls up front are very knowledgeable and super nice, I always have a good experience.
Hubby and I went in to ask questions and Danielle at the front desk was awesome. She called Brooke out to help us find out if our insurance was accepted and what it covered. Brooke was fabulous. She spent at least half an hour on the phone figuring out benefits and deductibles and stuff. And we’re not even patients there…YET. They apparently have a Loyalty Program available for people who don’t have insurance. My husband will check into that. I have Medicare so I will check into dental coverage with that. Extremely happy to be back at Whiting Dental. Dr. Whiting takes care of business and I appreciated how he helped me on the same day of my appointment get a whole new crown. Within a couple hours I walked out with a perfectly aligned crown! My new crown was a perfect fit and no adjustments needed. That was a first for me! I felt so much better and within a short time had my cleaning and now feel like my mouth is back on track to health again!
