I would 100% recommend this clinic for LASIK! I was super nervous going into the consultation and hesitant to go through with the procedure, but after talking with their professionals I walked out feeling so comfortable and excited for a life-changing decision! The clinic is very welcoming, and the employees are super friendly and caring. Very happy with my experience!
I had my lasix procedure 7 seven years ago in 2018 here. My eye sight is no longer 20/20 and my nearsighted vision is an issue once again. They will not see me as an existing patient and I no longer have a lifetime guarantee as they have new owners. How convenient and scandalous for everyone involved! I wouldn't be surprised if new owners are in the near future and this happens to their current patient's.
Whiting Clinic refuses to honor their custom lifetime guarantee. Dr. Whiting doesn't even work there anymore. The company he went to won't honor the lifetime guarantee because, per them, the guarantee is through whiting clinic, not dr. Whiting. Ovo insists that whiting clinic will honor the lifetime guarantee. I was just told by whiting clinic that they are under no obligation to honor the guarantee given to dr.
