Brought my ‘08 4Runner in for a repair that I didn't have the tools/time to repair myself. The team here communicated along the way and got everything done quickly. Very very reasonable prices and no upsell pressure. Took great care of my car, and even kept it covered during some severe storms. I’d be happy to come back!
Whitie’s Car Care was very expensive, particularly when it came to labor costs and parts markups. After comparing their prices with those of a chain repair shop, I found that I could have saved more than $200 on the same brake service. Given the high cost, I would not recommend them.

We're from out of town while my daughter is doing a freshman internship in Ohio. When our Toyota RAV4 started making a strange noise, we took it to Whitie's. They accomodated and looked at it the same day, found no major issues, and only charged for an hour of labor. They are honest, capable, and incredibly nice people. Highly recommend! Thank you!
