I applied for a lease for next school year based on this listing, but after paying the $40 non-refundable fee, I was told the unit was only available for the current semester. The listing was unclear about that. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was non-refundable despite the inaccurate posting. Just sharing this so others double-check before applying!
Was a great apartment when my friends stayed there for almost two years. Right next to UofA. Rent was great for the area you are in...and very safe.
Management is friendly and keeps everything in excellent condition. Nice quiet location. Highly recommend!
