This morning , after seeing my regular doctor and feeling good about what was happening, an appointment was made for two weeks time. At the time I said I was a bit worried about getting results from requested procedures back in time for the appointment because I needed to go home and make appointments for them. Don't say you have cold and flu symptoms, they will make you wait outside . First time for everything.
I had a very disappointing experience at this practice with Dr. Galal Tadros. My son had a fever and sore throat, and despite testing negative for COVID before arriving, we were told he wasn’t allowed in the waiting area and were made to wait outside, in the carpark under a carport, on plastic chairs — for two hours past our appointment time. Dr Bock is a nice guy but should not be giving skin checks. Scene him a few times no problems then went to a proper place with cameras that zone in to your skin and what they found is totally different to what Dr Bock offers.
