Very unprofessional service as a medical practice. Saw a female doctor regarding antenatal care (first pregnancy) and the doctor was not thorough and on several occasions did not refer me to have the standard testing such as a routine blood test once pregnancy confirmed (which gps are meant to initiate). This morning , after seeing my regular doctor and feeling good about what was happening, an appointment was made for two weeks time. At the time I said I was a bit worried about getting results from requested procedures back in time for the appointment because I needed to go home and make appointments for them. When I phoned up to reschedule the appointment for a later date the person who answered the call was so rude to me.
