My every interaction with Amy has been so very unpleasant. I am not sure if she has a generally rubbish attitude, doesn't like me personally, or is going through something, but it's unprofessional and, frankly, inefficient. If you value transparency, reliability and good faith neighbourly vibes, then I suggest you avoid choosing Amy to be your property manager. The two stars are for the reception team who seem lovely. I have only been renting through Whitford for a small time and have found Amy to be an amazing property manager. She is professional, responsive and fair. Very recently there was a difficult situation involving external factors outside of her control and she managed it with so much patience and respect. I was so grateful for her assistance and the care she showed towards me during this situation. She’s been so lovely and she definitely deserves a public thanks!
Highly recommend Amy – she’s proactive, organised, and genuinely cares about her clients!
