Wonderful Doctor. Very kind, calming and to the point. Absolutely horrible receptionist. I’ve never felt like such a burden to someone that is supposed to be doing their job and so unwelcomed. I understand a bad day, but this is every single time and with others I know as well. This is a job working with people, never mind these are pregnant women. Be at the very least, pleasant.
Great bedside manners, genuinely cares about her patients.
**Please Note: Review is for maternity leave replacement for Dr. Whitford** Had my hysterectomy performed by Dr. Whitford's mat leave replacement. I cannot remember her name, but I think it is Lindsay. Its taken me a few years to post this, as I am still dealing with the esthetic & emotional damage done. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Whitford. She delivered my son during an emergency c section and made sure to keep me informed about how he was doing while I was in recovery. She was the one that kept me sane throughout that intense last few minutes before he was born. She listened to my complaints, and didn't shoot down my want of a hysterectomy like my GP did. From first consult to surgery was 6 months, surgery went well and I was home in around 12 hours after surgery. The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful everytime I called or was in office.
