I had great customer service with Whitfields Florist in Hickory. Shannon went over and beyond to help me. I live out of town and needed to find a florist who would deliver to Lincolnton. She spent much time to ensure that I would be pleased with my order and get my money's worth. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone.
I received the most beautiful and fragrant bouquet of flowers for my birthday! The thing I was really impressed with was how long they lasted! They were obviously fresh cut! Thank you so much for such a beautiful bouquet! I definitely recommend this florist!

I had ordered some sympathy flowers for my father's funeral. There was no on hand samples of how big they were going to be or dimensions either. When we received the sympathy flower stands we were shocked of how small they were. Compared to the two other flowers stand that my aunts and uncles order from somewhere else, made our flowers stands look so small. Ours are the 3 flower stands in the middle.
