I paid a premium for a licensed contractor to build a luxury 30,000 gal pool and instead received the Shitfield Experience
RUN don’t walk the other way! It took a year for Jason to NOT finish our pool!!! He never showed up as promised. When he did show up it was with broken equipment and he only stayed a few hours and then didn’t show up again for several days. He made up excuses for terrible work promised to shore up to work and never came. I wold NOT recommend him to anyone. We had to hire someone else to finish our pool and are still finding things Jason did wrong
Jason was hired by my uncle to restore our inground pool and also poor concrete in the shop, approach, and sidewalk. Keep in mind he was more expensive than other local bids and promised quality work and he would complete the job. After almost 8 months of excuses and several texts back and forth, we only have the shop and approach completed. We still haven't been able to get a response from him and it's now 2022 and we have started to take legal action against him and his company!! Jason Whitfield is a SCAM artist. We paid him April 4,2021 to put in a new pool liner. He said give him a month for liner to come in then he would be right on it! Well that month came and went no word from him.
