Excellent service and a job well done, prices are a little higher than I expected but can’t fault the job or service
I asked if they could come to a new property I had purchased to see if the boiler was working as the gas hadn't been switched on yet, I asked for it to be serviced if it was working. My wife met them at the property and after 10 minutes being they they removed the front of the boiler to find that it had rusted inside completely and was disintegrating (their words) so was completely broke, my wife was unsure what they were doing the rest of the time they were there after already stating it was completely broke. Oil boiler stopped working and we did not have hot water/heating. Contacted late afternoon and they came the next morning. Polite, friendly, efficient. Would definitely recommend
Appointments were always kept, texts were sent when the guys were on their way. The work was carried out on time and on the exact date specified. I could not speak more highly of George and his team.
We will definately use Whitfield Plumbing, Heating & Cooling again. We were given a date for the work to start. Kept us informed of an arrival time. George came out 1st, to fix a small water leak from our boiler. We were impressed so booked up to carry out further work. New date set. The guys arrived and quickly set up. They carried out a full boiler service, changed several thermastatic radiator valves and altered some pipework in the utility room.
