Took my truck there to get a few things done, one of which was new Axels. 3 days after getting them, my truck was shaking violently. Called and texted whiteys to have them look at it again. No one ever got back to be. Took it to another mechanic to diagnose it. They said the axel instalation was done wrong and the stub shaft wasn't connected. Called Whiteys again and they are refusing to fix it or reimburse me for the work. Also, they charged me 3 hours of work for breaks when it only took 80 minutes. I'd avoid getting work ... read more
Amazing service! Fair prices! Honest people! That was my experience at Whitey's. Their prices are very fair and they don't overcharge or try to get extra work out of you if it's not necessary. Best shop in the greater Fairmont area. I will be using them for all future needs.
If you haven't heard of Whiteys pre-owned Auto on Saltwell road, then you should do yourself a favor and check them out. Their pricing is affordable, Mathew is a great mechanic and Nora is an amazing person. They care about their customers and offer nice, affordable used vehicles. I'll be a regular customer now, and will be referring all of my family and friends to them as well.
