Phenomenal ice creamery! One try and you are hooked!! One of the best ice cream eateries in the Midwest. Extremely fresh ingredients and good prices describe this local business. You want it, they can make it. The kids love the Smurf ice cream, which is bright blue, and cotton candy flavor is always a treat. Adults will love the shakes, malts and sundaes. There are also a host of special "creations". Your imagination will never been this good =)
I mean, how can you RESIST? This is the place for ice cream in the Quad Cities and Iowa City. Don't even think about Dairy Queen... My favorite is the Oreo shake with strawberry ice cream, and no, they don't charge extra. Now that we don't live there anymore, our roommate constantly craves the Chipper, and this is one of few places to have such a good array of hard flavors and low fat options. Bubblegum is good here. :)
Love the smoothys Whiteys is great no matter where it is.. addicting ice cream and its a great place to hang out with friends. Located conventially in the mall its a great place to get a sweet treat before heading to see that new movie or to a shopping spree
Amazing! Whitey's Ice creams slogan is The best in the Midwest. And let me be the first to tell you that it is. This ice cream is made in the Quad Cities, and shipped all over. The workers are friendly, and you have many different variations of ice cream to choose from. I recommend the Strawberry Cheesecake!
World Class Ice Cream! This is a locally owned ice-cream shop that sells nothing other than homemade, delicious ice-cream. Dont expect to find rock bottom prices here, because you wont, but you can expect to find some of the best ice-cream in the area! Who can beat ice cream on the ped mall Ice cream with whiteys is great, but who can beat a great ice cream shop on the ped mall in downtown Iowa City. Its always a great place to stop in for a cold treat on a hot day
